Combat features

  • Stagger/Interrupt - when a attack deals damage more than x% of your CON, it will stagger you (even for bosses).
  • Basic Attack Damage - different basic attack moves deal different amounts of damage. As a rule of thumb, the harder the attack is to execute/the longer the animation is, the higher its damage.

Build customization features

  • Equipment - all equipment have basic stat changes and one rune socket that is unlockable. The cost to unlock the socket is proportional to the net positive stat changes of the equipment (i.e., better equipment = more expensive to unlock).
    • To unlock, press the rune panel shortcut (default = V) or open it through the expanded menu. Then pay the price to unlock the equipment.
  • Runes - A rune equals one skill. It can be upgraded which will increase its stats (refer to tool-tip) and its mana cost. It can be socketed to equipment.
    • After unlocking an equipment, put the rune on the unlocked socket using the same rune panel (to open, press the rune panel shortcut (default = V) or open it through the expanded menu).

Performance

If you experience performance issues, it is recommended to switch browsers. Opera (not GX) has shown inconsistent WebGL rendering capabilities resulting in unplayable FPS drops.

I'm not sure what to do with skill runes. I open my inventory, move one to the top left slot, and freeze the game each time.

oop my bad it wasnt included in the instructions, updated the instructions now! Please bear with it as the tutorial isnt included yet in the beta build. Im trying to make it so that tutorials arent needed at all

Anyway skill runes are used in equipment AFTER you unlock it using gold in the rune socketer in the menu. I have to make this more clear I think. Thanks for telling me about the freeze tho, this shouldnt happen regardless of what you try to do. Thanks!

Edit: issue fixed.
